Shipping Policy
Orders directly from the shop should be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Any custom work/orders should be shipped within 4-6 weeks.
Shipping costs will be calculated in your cart at checkout. These costs are determined by size, weight, and anticipated destination.
All of our orders are packed using sturdy cardboard, honeycomb packing paper, newspaper, and biodegradable packing peanuts. We want to ensure your pottery's safety and do our best to keep all materials eco-friendly and recyclable.
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Joy of Brookside is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control.
If you reside near Lima or Athens, OH, and wish to pick up your new pottery, you can choose to do so during the checkout process. Once this option has been selected and the order has been processed, you will receive an email to arrange a time to pick up.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at joyofbrookside@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please provide detailed information and, if possible, include photographs of the damaged items and packaging.
